I appreciated the fact that I was able to do a phone consultation. I am glad that I was able to get an appointment and get my routine exams ordered. Both the nurse and doctor were very polite and professional.
The wait time . Getting an appointment is not easy due to the doctor or physician's assistant not regularly being avaliable and one's appointment being canceled and rescheduled fairly often. It's a 50:50 hit or miss in the competancy and care regarding the staff and nurses. The doctor and PA seem compitant and compassionate, but unable to handle paperwork and anything beyond a basic prescription. If you need a prior authorization, need documents signed regarding your health, etc. Good luck! It's like pulling teeth. I appreciate the staff at Madera Ranchos Adventist Health Care. They are always friendly and courteous even when it gets super busy & May run behind due to necessary time sensitive situations.
Dr Mundinury is so knowledgeable & thorough and explains details that is understandable and listens to my thoughts and considers my reasoning which is refreshing and very much appreciated. I feel like she is happy to be treating me and that is very comforting.
I love my medical Team!
