I have been looking for a car for the past month and finally found one I love. Samantha H. Was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient as I made my decision and went above and beyond to show me different options. She worked hard to help me get the car I wanted at a price I was comfortable with and has checked on me several times to make sure I am still happy and don’t have any questions. This is the third car we have purchased at Madera Auto Center and we will continue to do business with them because of the people who work there, like Samantha, who make you feel comfortable and valued as customers!

I live 2.5 hours away from Madera Toyota. I had been shopping for a certain style Toyota Tacoma which they happen to have in stock. I had delt with numerous dealers trying to get a hold of this truck but Crystal at Madera made it happen without me even stepping foot on the lot. It only took 2 days before John and Lisa delivered my truck to my front door. I couldn’t be happier with the service I was provided, and encourage anyone to give them a visit.

No games, they answered all our questions completely and they listened very well to our wants and directed us to what we wanted instead of what they wanted to sell me. Doing this gave Madera Auto Center great credibility in my books making the purchase decision much more pleasurable.
