Decided to go to dr Gootendorst after my husband referred him to me. Had a consultation, he took x-rays and went over my spine. Everything seemed very professional. He suggested I came back 2x a week for 3 months or so to fix me. After having a baby and sleeping wrong I was experiencing really tight shoulders and mobility had decreased significantly on my upper body. Long story short pain started on right shoulder once my pain crept to left lower back he said he would be unable to help me. He didn't refer me to physical therapist, maybe I expected too much.
