Awesome service! Brought a laptop in for an unknown problem and Luis the technician was amazing and patient while working through the various issues that it could be. He tested every little aspect of the laptop before making a diagnosis to ensure that he would be repairing the correct issue. Would definitely return in the future!
Great people! They’ve helped my grandmother for years with great success, and have a cheerful attitude while doing it. I went into their shop and they helped me figure out how to connect all the pins to my mobo correctly.
I had a wonderful experience here; they gave me a free 15 minute diagnostic on my phone when I was sure there was nothing to be done to get it working. They examined it as fully as they could without voiding the warranty, cleaning it out and getting it back up and running, no problem!
