Terrible company from the beginning owner is very rude no contracts couldn’t solve my ant problem after being out to my house several times told the technician multiple times to take down the small wasp nest in the front of my home he blamed it on not having a ladder every time then without my authorization closed my account and said my wife told the technician to close the account (Which she didn’t) if you want friendly service or pest control that actually works don’t use this place

I have been using this company for my pest control services for over 16 years and have recommended them to neighbors and friends and even on the Next Door app. My son actually asked me why we use their services because we don't have any pest problems. I replied, EXACTLY, lol! On rare occasions I have contacted Bob about a burgeoning problem with one pest or another and he always responds quickly, sometimes with an extra trip at no charge and takes care of the potential problem before it becomes a real issue. B&D's rates are very reasonable and they always show up on schedule. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, affordable, and professional... read full review
