My experience with Jonas was great. I was lead to believe that I needed a whole new system, by another company. I asked around because I’m new here and everyone said the same thing call Jonas that’s who we use. So I called them and service technician DJ Reed showed up. He actually checked out my system and was able to fix my AC . He saved me I didn’t need a whole new system thank you DJ and thank you Jonas Energy Solutions. I will be using you for all my AC and heating needs.
Our hot water heater would not re-light for me so I called Jonas Energy Solutions. Yohannes came out, listened to me and then tested the pilot. He was patient and thorough with diagnosing the problem. He then verified it was still under warranty, and ordered the part to be delivered to my house. When the part came in, I called Jonas Energy back and they scheduled Yohannes for the very next day!
Quick, courteous and thorough! Now that is Great service!

Cliff did a great job figuring out what was making my hot water thermostat “pop”. He explained everything to me and reassured me not to hesitate if I have any questions or other concerns. So glad I have the service with Jonas!!!
