Drain Busters Plumbing IS EXCEPTIONAL!!! OH NOOOO!! Was our first reaction last night when our water heater sprung a leak!!! Thank goodness we called Drain Busters to fix it. As it was after business hours, we left a message and were quickly replied to by Miles. He informed us to shut off the water for the evening, and he would come by the next morning to access the situation. We were so pleased when he showed up early and gave us the run down. Unfortunately, our water heater was waaaay outdated and had been leaking for some time already before the big blowout. Miles arrived early and replaced our failed garbage disposal. Took him about an hour. He was professional, kind and fair. Would highly recommend him if your in need of a professional Plummer. Another local Plummer never returned my call. Go with Miles with Drain Busters.
Wow! I had my house fumigated. SoCal gas tech turned on my wall heater and my stove. but told me that my water heater was in too bad a condition to restore to service and that I needed a plumber to restore it. Rats, which I thought were gone from my home, had gotten into the water heater closet, nested, and corroded the plumbing. It was 2:00 p.m. on a Friday. Yikes! I called Drain Busters. Rikki who answered, got in touch with plumber Miles, and he was at my house in less than an hour. The rats in that closet were dead from fumigation, but what a mess they had made. I don't blame Miles for not wanting to work on this mess. He told me the rats had eaten my water heater! He told me I would have to replace the unit and gave me a fair price. He grumbled a bit, and I don't blame him, but he got the new unit and cleaned up the mess. He also fixed the vent duct on my dryer and got done by 5:00. He should be called "Miracle Miles".
