From the very first message, he was incredibly fast and responsive, clearly outlining services and offering multiple appointment options that worked with my schedule. Once he saw the car, he confirmed his recommendations and was flexible with my specific requests, which I really appreciated.

For context — I have two dogs and a very active 4-year-old who loves beach days, bikes, scooters, snacks… and spills. My car had definitely seen better days. Somehow, he finished before the estimated time and returned it looking and feeling like a new car (versus multi owner used 2013 leaf)

This was a gift for my husband who was pquite impressed and happy, but it was truly satisfying and unexpected having my 4-year-old who squealing, “OMG thank you mommy, I love it!” and gave me a big hug while putting her into her carseat. I had to laugh and remind her this is a gift for daddy ?
