Wow! I called Marc because we needed new screens. He came by the next day, exactly as scheduled and was back within 3 hours with all the new screens! I was blown away and didn't realize it was even possible to get same-day screens. Will gladly use him again in the future.
We are remodeling our home and the construction company had hired Pacific Coast Painting to paint our kitchen cabinets, walls, ceilings, baseboards etc. We were so impressed with DJ and Andrew who were very friendly, reliable, easy to communicate with, careful and excellent painters. They are returning after the construction crew is finished to do touch ups. They are simply the best painting company around and we highly recommend hiring them.
Just finished a remodel using Mike at Bayside, excellent work. I had originally asked him for a bid to paint my garage door, when he came out he recommended that I not paint but instead replace the door (which I did). Anyone that honest deserves a second look. When the living room work came up, I called on Bayside and was not disappointed. Detailed and fair estimate, work done on time and expertly. I won't go anywhere else with my future painting needs.
The owner has been in this industry for many years and has an eye for the details.

Carstairs has done dozens of T-24 reports for me over the past several years. My projects aren’t the easiest to work with, yet they always come through efficiently and at a reasonable cost. Never had an issue. Definitely recommended.

Just had my first appointment with this practice. The Vet, Dr Adam, was great. I got my pigs nails trimmed and all went well. He was kind, communicative, and their prices are very reasonable. Paul was very responsive and professional. I had a pretty simple job to help troubleshoot some mystery wiring the old home owner did that was causing a some light switches to turn off half the room instead of turning on the ceiling lights and fans.He's reasonably priced as well.

Should have written this review almost 3 years ago, when the work was performed. Beans removed the prior roof, and installed a new 30 year composition roof. Did a beautiful job. Timely. Cleaned up well. I couldn't have been more pleased. Plus, the price was very competitive. In addition, we had scheduled the roof job, but a huge rainstorm was coming in, and Beans was willing to come out and quickly tarp our existing roof for us prior to the scheduled work, at no extra cost. They were awesome!
Suzanne and her team at Earthscapes have worked their magic on three of our properties in Los Osos for decades. My husband taught upper division Landscape Architecture at Cal Poly after having worked with an international firm for 40 years. Suzanne was one of his favorite students. When it came time to landscape our home, he called Suzanne. Recently Suzanne designed and installed two major areas around our home. It required some fairly fancy footwork of getting huge boulders into an area with very little access. The two yard areas look fabulous! To make the project even more challenging, the property is on the south end of Morro Bay ON the water so we have winds, salt air, and dare I mention deer and gophers. But gopher baskets seemed to have solved that problem and a little deer repellent seems to be keeping the deer in other yards nearby.
I really appreciate Suzanne's willingness to listen and discuss ideas. I researched plant materials and she was able to get all of the ones that will grow in our climate zone. Her design concept was unique, practical and really beautiful. I love how she understands negative and positive space, colors and textures and is willing to work with a client who is actively involved in the process.
Another feature of our landscape is a section with 75 roses. She understands what they need to thrive, even in our coastal environment, and has the patience to care for them as if they were her own.
I highly recommend Suzanne Morrison and Earthscapes of Los Osos.

Cheaper than the hand wash when you think of all those quarters you insert to completely wash by hand.
Quarters only machine makes it very inconvenient to be able to spontaneously show up.Be honest, how often do YOU plan out YOUR car wash? Almost Never? Same-zies!Unfortunately this place cant be my “go to” spot because if I don’t already have quarters, or dollars to change to quarters, it won’t service me car.I only get my car washes when I have a convenient spot in my week so this place is not for me.
