Frankie is extremely knowledgeable, skilled, and precise when creating the exercises that are beneficial for my particular situation, due to limited ranges of motion. He is always cheerful, patient, and accommodating.

Ive had a few sessions with Frankie so far. I am a former elite athlete, trying to become a pro again. Frankie is helping me in reaching my goals. I'm really impressed by his attentiveness, and knowledge. He spent a lot of time with me in the beginning talking with me, and getting an understanding of what I'm trying to accomplish. His workouts are great! Very easy to do and understand. Even with my slightly larger size, I am able to accomplish everything he's given me. Each time I've been, I've felt really good afterwards.
