I’ve been taking my car to Tom’s Diesel Truck and Trailer Repair for years, and Tom consistently treats us like family. He and my dad have built a great relationship, and he always ensures we’re well taken care of. Recently, I had a persistent issue with my car making noise for a couple of years. Tom repaired the heater that had stopped working and addressed a few other minor issues, bringing everything back to perfect condition. Tom took care of our RV when we had a slew of electrical wires (and brake line!) ripped out by a wild road hazard. We were on a strict time constraint so he made the vehicle safe enough to drive us back home and meet our deadlines.
