My family and I have been filing our taxes here for a few years now and have never once had any issues. The process is always very fast and they will throughly explain any questions. They are genuinely the kindest people and their prices are the most affordable in the area. I highly recommend filing your taxes here, you won’t regret it!
I had visited before, and overall, it was a nice experience. However, during a phone call, I was told the cost would be around $90-100. When I arrived, I was charged $150. I didn't want to make a scene, so I decided to let it go, though I'm not sure if the higher price was due to receiving a significant amount of money back. It left me feeling a bit uncertain about the pricing.
New in town made an appointment for my taxes and I am very pleased with the service I received. The service was excellent with the tax preparer being very personable and also explaining the details of my tax preparation. I would highly recommend them for your tax services.
