I have been going to El Portal in Los Banos for years. All the girs and technicians are so efficient and friendly. Star up front in reception is amazing! She is professional, efficient and so polite and friendly.
I had my mammogram appointment this morning at 11:15 am and it was packed, so I got worried?! They called me back within 5 minutes!! I was literally in and out and back home, even stopping after to pick up my prescriptions, in less than a hour!! The staff is always very kind and friendly! Star always greets me with a smile! I've been there many times in the past and I've never had to wait very long. My only complaint is the parking! There was literally no parking so I had to park by LabCorp and walk to El Portal. Also, they could really use a larger facility because they are really the only place to get imaging in Los Banos, besides the hospital and rarely do Doctors send you to the hospital for imaging unless it's a CT scan or MRI, etc. overall I was very pleased with my experience with them today!
