Ooh the back pain! I couldn't sit or stand. Called this neighborhood gem, and got same day appointment. Very kind and friendly reception. Dr. Leslie Lauterbach uses homeopathic therapy along with gentle chiropractic techniques. She diagnosed me with gall bladder (bile) issues and treated me with some pills which remarkably eased my symptoms. During and after Dr. Leslie's treatment, I continued to see my doctor and physical therapist to eliminate the pain and learn how to prevent recurrence. Just a note: this is not the place to get an instant adjustment. Others have mentioned that the equipment is old; they are not wrong.
I've had a Temporomandibular Joints (TMJ) problem for decades. Most chiropractors gingerly use an activator to adjust the joint. A year and a half ago, on my first appointment with her, Dr. Leslie Lauterbach massaged the tight muscles, and then manually adjusted the joints! It made a loud cracking sound, but got the jaw adjusted!! She has helped my husband and me deal with allergies (food, environmental, detergents), and has kept our bodies in alignment. Her homeopathic treatments (usually pills) and herbal supplements have kept us healthy. She is caring and very knowledgeable. She accepts Medicare and has been diligent to submit the claims in a timely manner.
