We use an amazing money management firm and they like using Interactive Brokers, but we forced them to move to the Schwab platform.The ease and convenience and the just plain AMAZING and expedient customer service we receive from our local branch office in Seal Beach, CA, by Jazzmin Mancilla. Rolled over my 401k. Very professional and quick. Couple screening questions to verify my identity and which account I wanted the money in. The money was in my account within moments. Didn't even say anything when I "stole" one of their pens.

I have had nothing but the best experience with Charles Schwab, both at this branch and the company as a whole. Every customer service representative that I talked to here at the branch and on the phone has been incredibly kind and helpful and have made sorting out any issues I've had with my brokerage and checking account a breeze. I couldn't recommend this bank more.
