I have been going to this place for many years on and off. I stopped going because I felt that the vet that I saw last time wanted to take advantage just to make more profit. She just wanted me to come back again to give my baby the medicine that she could have given to him in the first visit. She wanted to split the treatment into two visits.I didn't feel comfortable with her diagnosis and treatment, so I left the office without getting treatment, then I went to another vet who was honest and solved the problem in one visit.There's nothing bad to say about Dr. Casillas, he is a good vet. unfortunately, I wasn't able to see him during my last visit.

A few days ago I got my cat neutered in this hospital. It is overall the best veterinarian/animal hospital I've taken my cat to. The staff are so nice and respectful, you can see they really care about your pets. They gave him his E-collar that we did have to pay for but what can you expect they gotta make money somehow ‍ and they also gave him medicine so he doesn't feel pain and for his parts to not get infected my cat really liked how the one for the infection tasted and it also smelled pretty good, along with that they also have us a syringe so we could give him the medicine since one of them was liquid. Small location however, extremely competent staff who treat their clients with compassion and empathy. This is a wonderful place to take your fur babies. And yes just like every other veterinary clinic this one is usually very busy.
