Giselle at Beach Beauty Booth is amazing! She is very professional and possess great communication and customer service skills. I purchased a Groupon to get an airbrush tan. Unfortunately, the salon became under construction and I was unable to use the services. I contacted Groupon to receive a refund and they denied it to me. With no hesitation Giselle refunded me the full amount for the inconvenience and is planning on giving me discount offer when the salon is up and running. I will certainly be booking her again.
I go to Gisele about every 5 or 6 weeks for a facial. I love her and I have no plans to ever go anywhere else. I am even working on getting all of my friends to go to her, and I am succeeding. I love that she texts, I love that she checks in on me, and every time I'm there, I can actually relax. I also just went in 2 days ago for my first spray tan because I had an event last night. Everyone told me how great it looked. Gisele is the best!
Amazing facial, great price and strong set of tools. Let's just discuss Giselle and her cocoon for a moment. How sweet she is! The only, I mean only team member in my beauty arsenal board I can text about an appt., skin question or general update that not only responds but is not looking to make a buck. She just genuinely likes to be helpful. She also has great natural product and snazzy equipment - electro current? Yup, without the uptight fuss. There's also parking, hooray! Need to stick with her, she's great.
