We are so thankful to the team at Air Plus HVAC. They really care about their customers, scheduling was easy and able to work with my busy work schedule (no long time widows). They tried to fix the issue with our heater with the lowest cost to us and we really appreciate the time and care that went into the service. They're just really great kind hardworking people who do a great job.

Great service and technician. Razmik showed up promptly. Diagnosed what was wrong. Ordered required equipment and resolved the issue fairly quickly. This has been the 3rd time he has been servicing properties I manage. Great gentleman, the whole team (field techs, Randy and others in the office) at Air Plus HVAC have been extremely helpful, professional, and courteous. Thank you all.

Air Plus HVAC just completed repair and maintenance on 6 industrial rooftop HVAC units. These units needed proper P-traps and vent tees at each drain outlet, and needed the PVC lines to run all the way to the scuppers (downspouts). They also needed sealing on the plenums and around the base, where gaps had opened (rain entry points).On a previous service call, Air Plus HVAC fixed a problem with a unit constantly leaking water all around (on the rooftop).The technicians Razmik and Randy were knowledgeable, friendly and productive.
