I highly recommend Sky Family Taekwondo for adults and kids alike. With my background in competitive Taekwondo, I know what makes a good studio, and I specifically sought one out for my children. I decided to join myself for convenience while they trained, and it was the best choice! It's a great workout, an excellent way to relieve stress, and the instructors really help you focus on technique – from moves and kicks to balance and power. The staff is very knowledgeable in forms, sparring, and kicks. Plus, learning from the Grandmaster, who is the Chairman for World Taekwondo Poomsae, is an incredible opportunity.
