I called wanting to get my sweatpants hemmed at 10:30 Am. Laura was super kind and respectful, and had it done for me by 3pm the same day for only 17$. I will DEFINITELY be coming back and I highly recommend anyone to come here for any of your alteration needs. 10/10 service.
Absolutely 5 stars for Pro Cleaners!! I recently brought in a cream colored cotton coverlet with lipstick, marker and water stains courtesy of playful grandkids. I was pretty sure I was going to have to discard but thought I’d try once to get the stains out and brought it to Pro all the way from Hollister. I used to live in Los Altos and was very satisfied with their work. I knew if anybody could revive my coverlet, Pro could. They did!! Like new!! Thank you, thank you. ♥️
I've used Pro-Cleaners for cleaning and alterations over the past 5 or 6 years, and have been happy with both types of service. I recently needed sleeves shortened on a suede jacket. It was a last minute request and I needed it within 2 days. They were very busy with alterations, but managed to do a beautiful job and have it ready for me in time to leave for an out of town wedding.As others have mentioned, the owner, Laura, is very congenial and tries to accommodate your needs, if at all possible. To find a business that does quality work, attempts to meet your requests (even unreasonable ones like mine), and still remain pleasant, are the best reasons I can think of to continue using their services!
