Andrew is extremely rude when DOESNT get his way and knows nothing about customer service! Everything is over priced! Would NiEVER recommend

They charge for every minute of time...1k for a letter and follow up visits that are not needed....just to charge with no benefit to the consumer. They lie about timelines and hold u hostage to their pay schedule.
