Had an issue with this place where they gave my shirts to someone else. I had the ticket, but they said they allow people to pick up without their ticket (apparently without checking id). Obviously the mistake was on them, but they refused to take any responsibility at all.

I dont want to call the police over a few hundred dollars worth of shirts, so I said I’d give them two weeks for the other person to return the shirts or else I would expect reimbursement (I showed them the receipts). We’ll see if they make this right.

Oh Boy, I have to say this is probably a one star review for many reason's. I have been taking my friends dry cleaning there whenever i was around occasionally because of the drive up. Unfortunately the man who runs the place is pretty short of welcoming you and runs on empty in the customer service department. After having to return a few items because he does not pay attention to detail with spots and pressing, I decided to call it quits when he insisted I pay again!!!! Really, it was not worn nor anyway other than the way it was given to me. I dislike seeing family businesses that could care less if you go there or not. :( Also pay close attention to their extremely HIGH PRICES!!!! They are outrages!!! Ouch

Shouldn’t look a customer in the eye & Flat Out Lie. 7.50 for dry cleaning, only had a 100.00 bill. Asked if they take CC. told no we only deal with cash Another Person dropped off items & paid w/CC.
