We'd like to express how IMPRESSED we are with Michael Sutton. He is a consummate professional in a field of many. He handled the market-prep work which made it so easy for us, including not paying until our home closed escrow. We greatly appreciated how he recommended specific updates which appealed to today's buyers, which ultimately resulted in many offers from which to choose. His negotiating skills resulted in a higher sales price than we had dreamed of.
