Read reviews and liked what I read about Nancy - head barber. Dropped by and had a chat about my bad haircut several weeks ago. We agreed to meet and let her make some major improvements. I'm very pleased with her skills and hope I can relax and enjoy a good haircut for a change!
Nancy is amazing! She is thorough, detail oriented, listens to what you want and efficient. Nancy does an excellent job providing me with a haircut, beard trim and regular facial. The facials are amazing and something I never appreciated till I gave it a try with Nancy! Been to several barbershops in the Southbay and Peninsula through out the years. This place is hands down the best barbershop experience I've ever had!
Brenda is meticulous and gives great cuts. I've tried barbershops in MV, RWC, others in Los Altos and am happiest with the cuts I get here. I read some of the bad reviews here and while I agree there are inconveniences, those are all the same inconveniences I experienced at other barbershops + not as good haircuts. It's why I came back and made LABS my go-to. The automated phone appointment maker is also pretty dope. Life is hectic during business hours but I can call when they're closed and still make appointments.
