This practice seriously stands out for how respectful and easy they are to work with! The staff are warm, organized, and never make you feel rushed. They accept Tricare and have REAL experience working with active duty and veteran clients, which shows in how they communicate and structure the treatment. I felt so understood, not judged. It was fantastic! 10/10!! More providers need to be like this.
I have had the pleasure of working with Massiel, but everyone in the office was very professional, timely and had excellent customer service. The office is very comfortable, inviting, and warm. Massiel was especially warm, empathic, and concerned with my all of my therapeutic needs. I found scheduling appointments to be very easy. My welcome email with new client forms and directions were extremely helpful. The e-mail notifications were also easy and very well organized. No matter who I spoke with, it seemed the staff cared about my concerns, helped me with my insurance submittals, and were very quick to accommodate all of my needs. I highly recommend seeing Massiel… read full review
I’ve known Genny Altwer for many years and I would highly recommend her as a therapist. As an ex-police officer, she brings a unique combination of gentleness and strength- basically, you know she always has your back! She can also help you identify patterns you may not notice. She's empathetic and a fantastic listener. I would give her 10 stars if I could!
