My mother, is in Los Alamitos MediKill Center (community nickname), despite knowledge throughout the local community (including former patients, former and current staff, family, neighbors, friends, local business people) that the facility is horrible, because it was an emergency to get her in for cancer testing.
We tried to avoid the facility because the last time she was there they gave her contraindicated medications, even though they knew otherwise. @ Los Alamitos Medical Center they don't seem to care about the patient. My wife had a dislocated arm, we went to ER and still she was in pain so she was referred to Orthopedics, her Primary Doctor sent the referral authorized (unfortunately) to ""Los Alamitos Orthopedics"" and she was scheduled to be attended after one week.
The day arrived still handling the pain and same day we received a call, 3 hours before appointment, an assistant saying they never received the authorization; we called our Primary Doctor and they proved and called personally to make sure they had it.
They stopped answering, after plenty of calls, suddenly the assistant... read full review
