Richland Termite & Construction was referred to us by a neighbor who was super happy with the work they did for them. We hired Richland to inspect our property. Albert came out and spent over two hours carefully checking for termites and showing me where they were active. He then made a variety of recommendations as to what we could do to mitigate further damage, repair the damage already done, and how to avoid significant damage in the future. Stefanie in their office scheduled the required work, sending updates throughout the project as to what had been completed, and what needed to be done next. I recommend this company. Albert Rick showed up on time for the Inspection. We chose Local Treatment not fumigation. The price was acceptable and the date was booked. The technicians showed up at appointment time and worked 3 hours to complete the task. Hector and Brian were respectful of property. Hector updated us on the completion and collected his office's paperwork. Stephanie, in the office was very pleasant and helpful.
My friend referred this company, and I did not use their services for now. But I still want to share my experiences with Stefanie-Office Manager who's always friendly, professional, and understanding & accommodating customer's needs. Rick and Albert whose inspectors conducting the business with a professional manner very through with the inspection process and provide honest recommendations. I will contact this company again whenever we're the services, and want to THANK YOU Stefanie, Rick & Albert for all you Do!
