I sure WISH i had read the reviews before wasting my time with this place!1). The address listed on their website is a (seemingly closed) Mexican restaurant, so- don’t go there to ask questions… unless you’re hungry i guess.2) First time calling mid day i’m told they’re “not really open”, call us back in a couple days3) called back, some success- Or, so i foolishly believed. Quoted a price and made an appointment. They’ll call to confirm day of. See # 4…4) No call. No show. Called them yet again after waiting over 2 hours. Even answering the phone- unprofessional. So this is a REAL review. The worst locksmith I have ever used. They were late and took forever to do a simple rekey. I asked if there was a problem because it took so long, but he said no. He actually messed it up so bad when he put the lock back in, it no longer lined up to the switch plate and could not be locked at the door lock, so he locked the deadbolt and just left as if no one was going to notice! When I called, the very rude dispatcher told me a manager would call, but that never happened. I had tenants moving in so I called someone competent to repair their mess.
