I must say that my journey in boxing has been nothing short of remarkable. From the beginning, I had always been curious and intrigued by the sport, but my fear of not performing well held me back. However, on my first day at FytGym, the welcoming and supportive environment created by the team instantly put me at ease. FYT Gym is the only gym I've ever been a member of and felt that sense of community. All of the coaches are welcoming, knowledgeable, motivating and great teachers. They focus on not only giving you a great workout, but also making sure you have fun doing it! There are classes for everyone - boxing, kickboxing, FYT Camp (bootcamp style workout stations), TRX, and even Yoga and Pilates!! The addition of Yoga offerings at this gym has been a real GAME CHANGER! I can't think of a more fun way to work out. The trainers and members all have a friendly, helpful attitude. I really enjoy learning how to box and noticing the gradual improvements. The yoga was also competently instructed. Great experience and highly recommend for people at all levels of training!
