My wife and I are extremely happy that we found LEON Jiu-Jitsu for our children. Coach Bill runs an amazing academy. LEON is a safe place for kids to train. Kids classes are M-TH and Saturday. Price is extremely reasonable. ALL of the coaches are awesome. Older / more experienced kids look out for the younger / newer kids. It truly is a family environment. Children under 5 years of age are separated from the older kids for most of the class. Besides the obvious (learning self-defense and exercising), a big byproduct of training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is the confidence, self-esteem that it helps build. Our two oldest (6 yr old daughter & 5 yr old son) have been training here for 2 years and the youngest (3 yr old son) recently started. I’d definitely encourage any parent to stop by with their kids and check it out.
