Bought shutters several years ago through JST and recently reached out to see if I could get their help with replacing a couple of damaged louvers. They were super helpful and were able to work with the original manufacturer and have replacement louvers made and installed. Great communication throughout the process and really appreciate their amazing customer service. Highly recommend!
Jennifer and Doug are both great to work with, responsive and helpful. Our out-of-warranty motorized blinds were not working and I thought we would need to buy new ones. We got an appointment right away and Doug was able to fix them, saving us the cost of buying new. I appreciate a company that is knowledgeable and cares about their customers. Thank you!
I had an old style battery motorized shade over my kitchen slider that broke. So, I called Interior Designs to come over and show me what my options were. Terri came and showed me all the new rechargeable shades. I chose the newest model rechargeable shade w a wall mounted remote. I am so happy w it. No more batteries to change!! Terri was great and Doug their installer was so helpful and friendly. Jennifer at their warehouse kept me updated on delivery and installation. Great service! Great people! Thx for quality work!
