Ideal Therapy

I've been to many different physical therapy facilities and I have to say that this is the best. The staff is very friendly, very involved and are aware with your reason for your PT and monitor your progress closely. They help you and actually pay attention to you and your exercises and adjust them according to your pain level. You are never unattended. I do recommend Ideal Therapy to those who are serious about their recovery.

I had a full knee replacement on December 3. I was looking for a physical therapist and reached out to Ideal Therapy. Before I made a commitment, I made it a point to speak with John and make sure I was comfortable to ensure a successful outcome. He hasn't disappointed. Since I started the rehab process, I have seen a great deal of improvement and I'm very happy with John and the entire team at Ideal Therapy. Very friendly, attentive, and they put together a plan to help me in my recovery. They push hard in a good way and have helped me during this process to make sure I'm back towards 100% and able to do the things I want to do. Thank you John and thank you to your entire team.

Fantastic friendly Therapists that greet you by name after you walk in. They always assess you and your needs as you get started. Anything new or uncomfortable is the top concern. They are very clear and concise in explaining the exercises and they let you know what, where and how each exercise will be of benefit I've had 3 knee surgeries, 2 hip replacements, 2 shoulder surgeries, tore both Achilles tendons at the same time along with a few back injuries.... So I've had plenty of physical therapy and "Ideal Therapy" is to date the best and most comfortable group of people I've dealt with. I've observed how they treat their other patients with care and concern, each one independently from the next. Some need the gentle encouragement of a softer approach, all the way to the "let's get after it" approach at the other end of the spectrum. The atmosphere is always upbeat and positive along with always wanting to make sure the patient knows and understands the benefits of each exercise. Also I can't say enough about the staff! Every type of work environment would benefit from having a crew like the group that runs the Los Alamitos location. I feel that great effort has been taken to put this group together and running so smoothly! Hopefully I will never need physical therapy again... but if I do I most definitely will be back here because as I said -this is the best that I've experienced in all of my injury related situations.
