Outstanding customer service! I was unhappy with my hair color and they agreed to fix it, not once but twice, with no additional charge. Also, everyone is professional and nice. I recommend Grace

Grace was amazing and saved the day! My daughter had an appointment with another stylist for a blowout for homecoming; that stylist did a subpar job (I won't name her as perhaps she was just having a bad day), but my daughter felt badly to say that she wasn't happy with the job. I could tell right away it wasn't right-it was hardly styled at all. After an hour of tears and trying to fix it at home unsuccessfully I took her back to the salon and Grace so kindly redid it completely!! The best salon in OC/LA that I've been to. The gals here exemplify what exceptional customer service should be! Coco is the absolute best! By far the most knowledgeable and talented hair stylist that has touched my hair!
