Im giving this company 0 star. The technician named Nick charged me $690 for a 5 year inspection and )$165 to come back to fix a timing problem which should have been done during the inspection. During the 2nd visit he broke a seal and promised to come back to replace it. It been 3 months since. I kept calling the office but they refuse to come back claiming they don’t have a technician available. In the meantime, my plumbing pipes are getting corrosion all over. Nick gives you the impression that he cares, but at the end of the day, he doesn’t deliver. Nick is a Rock Star when I lived in Ca he took very good care of us. Was always reliable, honest and hard working. As I look for a whole home water treatment system I wish Elite was in Co I miss them and now every company I meet will be compared with Nick's workmanship!

Had a decent install experience. However was overly bombarded by the sales rep. During install the water refiner power cord had to be routed threw my house and connected to bedroom for electricity so now one less outlet for my bedroom. Essentially my problem.Fast forward 7 months I am getting rid of siding and getting stucco. I called 3 weeks in advance to schedule detachment of water refiner. They informed me it would cost $150 to detach equipment and $150 to reattach once completed and I said cool. Here it is 3 days before demo starts and I called to confirm my appointment. I was informed that there was an issue with scheduling and the new girl was blamed. How come I wasn’t notified at least a week prior? I cannot push the stucco project back and am forced to detach my system myself voiding the lifetime warranty I was promised. If you want a water softener system search around you may find a solution cheaper than Fidelis as well as proper support when you schedule it especially in advance! Folks here are incompetent and my biggest regret was going with them. Do not waste your time and money, I was the Guinea pig here please trust. Overly frustrated and wish I could’ve been contacted earlier in advance. I was never left a voicemail when they called me. I called back same day to confirm service only to find out I had never been scheduled
