Diane is a fabulous and detailed nail technician who is so kind. On the other hand, trying to understand how your tipping system works when you leave a tip on your card, I was trying to understand Annie and was still confused when she explained leaving a tip on my card. Apparently, if one leaves a tip for the technician on their card she said the bank or salon keep a portion, she seemed to say yes. Then she said to send it to Diane on zelle. I’ve never done this on zelle when paying for a business service before; and asked if I leave the tip on zelle via the 562 number is there a service fee that is taken from the tip. Love the ladies at Complete Nails! They are really nice and always do an amazing job! Fun upgrades you can add to your treatment as well. Very reasonably priced for the high quality product you get!
