This is more of the front desk. At first when I fractured my foot I was like great they got me in within a couple days (id been waiting all weekend - I fractured it on a Friday night) I pleased - 2 starts before I even seen the Dr. then when it came to follow up? They didn't call me, they called my daughter and left a message on her phone. (im 46 my daughter is not in charge of my health situation) my daughter was an emergency contact on their form. They cancelled my appointment and made me wait 3 extra weeks before getting me in! I was like why? they said, well the Dr doesn't come in on Tusedays? In my opinion, the office staff is so incompetent and uncaring that I would never visit this practice! No matter how good the doctors are, it's not worth the aggravation and trouble. You may find that the good doctor you have seen has left, and you are stuck without options or any real help from the staff. Go elsewhere!
