I had Kendrick Heating & Air over on August 8, 2025 to service my split unit AC/Heating unit in the bedroom, which was leaking water. They came over right away, diagnosed the issue and fixed it immediately. The quality of the work was top-notch and I appreciate the friendly, rapid service. That said, I feel the service was too expensive -- $628 for a visit to my house and maybe 45 - 50 minutes of labor and no parts. The price was the reason for the 4/5 stars.
I would hire them again because the work was excellent, but I might try shop around to find a more competitive price.
Got a technician to come out within 2 hours of my call. The technician was able to fix our issue. Quick and great service. Definitely recommending Kendrick Energy Efficient Heating and Air.
We had a heat pump installed last year and it's been great to get the house comfortable in the summer and winter. Jordan and team are very responsive if any issues come up. The day of install the team was careful and professional and did a great job. Would recommend!
