Thank you to the amazing hard-working crew at JLS for a beautiful job on my home. They replaced the dry rotted door ?, installed metal frame and replaced the stucco. They also took care of the rest of the dry rot and painted the exterior of my 25 year old home. While replacing the dry rot, the crew stopped their work and Jordan, the supervisor, informed me of mold between bricks and wall. Steve, project manager, and the crew were able to find the source, fix and replace all flashing, bricks and interior wall. They even added a metal plate for extra protection. Our large project bid came out right where we were expecting, the team was more than responsive, friendly, and worked around our schedules to make our lives easy. The team ensured every piece of our large project (drywall demo/repair, plumbing, flooring, painting, electrical) was more than up to par.
