Since working with Cindy, I have had a significant reduction in my migraines and improvement in my premenstrual symptoms. I do not need my medicine as frequently and I sleep better! Bowen therapy has helped me and several of my family members. Cindy has been the most experienced of everyone I have seen for Bowen. I have been dealing with Plantar Facitis for years and Cindy is helping me have more days with less pain. Being this has been a long term chronic condition it will take time. But to have days I wake up with my feet able to start walking with less pain is great! My feet are recovering faster, less inflammation, more endurance, and less need for my compression sleeves.
