Back to back yoga sculpt and flow with Ayesha. Joined same class yesterday evening. Here I am again same class at 11:30am. Ayesha's sculpt flow is powerfully choreographed without the danger of injury. From standing to a supine position Ayesha will offer you what you came for at Yogasix. 5star to you Ayesha. Om shanti.

Really enjoy the classes here. I like power classes and they are definitely a challenge here which I love love so much! I've only taken 2 power classes here so far- one by Amanda and one by D'Andre. Both times were fantastic. The room are hot. Classes were just honestly great, which makes it worth the work out and the drive.

Finally found a studio that seems to care about their clients needs. In a world of hot yoga studios, YogaSix Long Beach offers: hot, warm and NO HEAT classes. True yogis know "you make your own heat" and as someone who is temperature sensitive I appreciate the options so that I can get the best workout possible. I was finally able to push myself in my practice without fear of overheating. On top of the great options the customer service is fantastic. The instructors are top notch (I love Makayla and Sarah), and Lyle at the front desk has been so supportive and always brightens my day. It's been more than a 1 year search but I FINALLY found my yoga studio.
