Excellent customer service at this shop from owner as well as others at this beauty shop. Owner is so kind, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I always try to support Black owned business. This is and will be my hair product place to go. If she doesn't have in store she will get it for you next time. Amazing customer service! Both the lady and the man were so inviting and answered all our questions. We even got gloves with our hair dye. Will definitely come here for all our hair needs from now on. Just very wholesome people

I'm a 75 yrs old female with balding and thinness of hair, due to medications, Jerri Curls, etc., etc. the lady behind the counter order new hair for me. Later, made an appointment with Master hairstylist Kelvin Clayton in the salon area and he worked those scissors creating me a whole new and natural looking hair style. It's easy to manage with full coverage of only the problem areas with clips. Had a couple of friends to tell me I look 45 years old, now. He does an excellent job and so knowledgeable about hair textures/colors.
