This was an amazing experience! From my 45 year old self, to my 9 and 12 year old, there is something for everyone to help bring them to the next "tier" of wellness. You get an incredible array of everything from cryo (totally okay, even with my Raynaud's), to vibration, light therapy, inversion, oxygen bar. . . highly trained staff that helped very both my kids aligned and adjusted, delightful front desk. . . what more could you ask for? We've only just scratched the surface here, and plan on returning soon!
