I was WAY past due to get my hair cut, so I called yesterday to make an appointment. I was informed that I had to make it online.While I wasn't happy about having to make it online, the process was rather easy. I decided it was worth the extra $9 to get my hair washed, since it's a guilty pleasure. I was called on time for my appointment, and the shampoo was worth every penny. After a short discussion about how I wanted my hair (short with no bangs) the hairdresser explained her plans and got started. 15 minutes later, I walked out with my new style!I'm very happy with how it looks and feels, and it definitely looks fuller and thicker than it did when I walked in.

I got lucky and didn't have fo wait long for a Saturday appointment as I work odd hours so generally come here midweek. Having the $18/month unlimited haircuts is cost effective for my biweekly cuts and the app is fairly easy to use (for an old guy like me).

Here's some background: I hate getting hair cuts, always makes me feel like I'm not being heard or that I'm in trouble for not being able to properly take care of my hair but this was different. Had a lovely lady, Reinita, do my hair and not only did she listen to my requests but she also threw in her professional advice which I loved how she would communicate with me before doing any action on her own. She respectfully told me how I could take better care of my hair and recommended many hair products but she never came off as forceful. I hope to keep going to her for my monthly hair thinning since um that happy with the way she left my hair.I recommend calling beforehand...read full review
