I went in for the first time after being gifted a package (a massage and facial) and it was divine! I loved that the waiting area (aka the "retreat") is separated from the reception area. The waiting area is next to the locker and shower/changing room and it is absolutely relaxing. You feel relaxed the moment you step into those doors. You get a warm cozy robe, some sandals & are offered tea and water. I received my first massage ever and Jen was so gentle yet was able to get in those muscles of mine. She made sure i was comfortable and okay with the pressure she was phenomenal! Clara did my facial and she was so welcoming, kind & humorous! Overall I would recommend this spa to everyone because even the questionnaire prior is considerate! I will be back soon!

Great experience from beginning to end. The ladies at the front desk are kind and do a fantastic job explaining everything about the different treatments and procedures available. Clean and relaxing atmosphere.

Friendly welcoming staff. Atmosphere was nice and clean. Relaxation room has water and teas, coloring books, smoothing music, warm pillow. They have lockers and 1 shower. They offer robes and sandals. As a plus size woman the robe didnt fit well.
My massage with Quincy was excellent. Great massage therapist. I recommend him.
