My first impression is that the staff is great...Beth answered the phone - no answering machine or AI voice. She knew exactly what to do and did; provided same day service; reasonable price. Technician was polite and knowledgeable and solved a problem Altair could not solve. Provided referral for solar panel cleaning. Would highly recommend this company for customer service.

Highly recommend Solar Source! I have two new ADUs that needed solar panels per city requirements and Title 24 requirements. We decided to go with Solar Source after getting multiple estimates from other companies. Stephen was very knowledgeable and proactively communicated with me during the entire process. The rest of the Solar Source team was also great! They were always professional and followed through on everything they said they would do. I can’t recommend them enough. If you need solar panels, give Stephen a call. It’ll be the best decision you make.

EXCELLENT customer service! Beth and her team go above and beyond to help try and solve whatever issue you may be having. They helped me trouble shoot my issue over the phone. They are very honest, friendly and knowledgeable at what they do.
