Overall the service was nice and they took care of me and the four of my friends very fast BUT a week later I noticed I was getting a gnarly infection usually caused from improper cleaning of tools. My middle fingers been bleeding and oozing puss for the past two weeks and it’s been very painful. Just know that there’s always a possibility of infection :/Services: Pedicure

I am new to this area of Long Beach and started coming to this place. As an African American woman, I have experienced a lot of bad customer service and disrespect in Asians nail shops. I've seen a lack of responsibility to customer satisfaction and appreciation for regular customers. Disagreements are blown up without peacful resolution. However, at Royal Nails, I've experienced great customer service and quality nail service. When you walk in, you're greeted peoperly and right away, and there are systems in place where you sign in and are called or text when ready. The nails installed and paint are neat and creative. 10/10 recommend going to Janet for your acrylic set!! She does an amazing job every single time. Give her a picture and she will recreate it perfectly and she is soooo creative and her line work is amazing. Kathy Is amazingggg at toes also a 10/10, I get really bad ingrown toenails and she gets them out with no pain every time. She is so gentle and gives the best massages at the end. Janet and Kathy I go to every time and they are both so kind and never disappoint. Thank you ladies
