I love my RA yoga family. I’ve taken most of all the regular teachers and they’re all great and their own beautiful way! I’ve been at this studio for about two years and have tried other places, but nothing compares to the welcoming family like environment I feel at this studio. I am challenged to build mental and physical strength in every class. There’s always a class to suit my needs for how I feel that day physically and mentally. Some of my favorite instructors are Karen, Bobby, Marisa, Bridge, Christine, Rebecca, Aubrey, Corey, and Jill. The front desk staff make it that much more home like because they’re friendly, personable, and very helpful. Shout...read full review
Ra has been life-changing for me. I thought I'd go my whole life as a non-exerciser, but the instructors here still have me hooked over a year later. From the first time I entered the studio, the front desk staff has been consistently kind and welcoming. In particular, Matthew and Angel seem to take the time to learn everyone's name which makes the check-in process smoother and creates a warm environment.
My friends and I signed up for a class pass trial and decided to try this place out! Parking is plenty but it can get crowded fast. There is extra parking across the lot but it is quite a walk. Just make sure to come early to find parking! It's best to bring your own yoga mat, water, and towel. There's a locker room if needed. You will need to bring your own lock if you want to use the locker. We did the Yin RaStore class. Since we were new, we didn't know what was going on and they didn't really tell us what we needed. I just followed the crowd and took the pillow, pillow cover, and a block. I should've also took the blanket. I wished they told us ahead of time that we can take everything in for the class. The class wasn't what I was expecting. It was more of a relaxing, slow, meditation kind of vibes. It wasn't a standard yoga class with poses. Next time, I'll try the regular yoga class. It was an interesting experience if you're looking to relax!
