I don’t go to Long Beach all that much but Py Acu Spa was highly recommended. One of my first times experiencing acupuncture and I was a little apprehensive. The facility was well maintained and spacious with open rooms. “Ping” the acupuncturist asked me about my lower back pain and spasm I have had and how it occurred. She took me to the room and and proceeded to have me bend forward as she examined my lower back.There was no pain, I didn’t even feel the needles she used, and then she had my lie down and she continued her work. My muscles relaxed and I felt relief as they did so. While I wasn’t doing backflips it had an amazing effect and I felt much better....read full review

PY Acu Spa is one of the best choices to cure tension and muscle soreness. I had over stretched my right shoulder and it caused twinges of pain for weeks when I lifted it too quickly. A friend recommended Py Acu Spa to me. I entered and was shown to a comfortable table. After a brief conversation explaining the soreness and what I did to cause it, I was beaconed to lay down and she began to work on my shoulder and the surrounding area. The pressure was firm but not painful and she continually asked at my level of tenderness so as to adjust the pressure without causing unnecessary discomfort. In need of a good foot massage, pregnancy has my puppies crying for attention. $20 for 60min foot massage including little head massage, neck, shoulders, arms and legs. Clean and relaxing atmosphere. Ladies were kind and respectful. I will be back soon!
