The Doggy Day Camp and Pet Hotel staff are the best, Pat Wilson the trainer is knowledgeable and great to work with. My dogs love them. I had a negative experience with Patty in grooming and ever since, I have taken my dogs elsewhere for their grooming needs. It's too bad because Milo is great with big dogs and Lucy is great with small dogs.

Opps! Walked in a about 15 mins before they were open, not realizing it at the time. Jonathan greeted me as I passed him. Grabbed what I needed and headed to the register. That's when I thought "Umm, did I dip in too early?" The answer was "Yes!" But Jonathan met me at the register. I apologized and he said "No problem!" and proceeded to help me out! Thanks!

Somehow this pet hotel was able to trim my nervous German Shepherd's nails. I've had two vet clinics and one supposedly experienced groomer fail. I even bought my Reyna a muzzle but she doesn't bite, she just manages to get out of any and all restraints. But this petsmart had the magic touch. She had a bad time during her stay but I could tell they did all they could to help her.
