A few months ago I was desperate for physical healing, as the tension of my neck was causing me so much pain that I was out of work. My doctor recommended acupuncture, but I was hesitant to try it again. However, after the first session with Jeff, I could visibly see and feel the difference! My neck muscles began to relax more than they had in years. After a couple sessions, I began to see the light again. I also went in for daily sinus migraines I was having during a high-allergen time. After that session, I had no more sinus headaches. If you are on the fence, I highly recommend booking a session. The office is also a private and relaxing environment as well. I don't write yelp reviews often but I had to share. Thank you so much, Jeff!

I've been coming here since December of 2011... I suffer from Sciatica, Degenerative Disc Disease and I have a torn L4-L5. Nothing gives me relief like this place. Jeffrey always fixes me up when I have an episode. I live 30 miles away, but I never think twice about driving out there, it's totally worth it. I call him my needle doctor.. The establishment is right off the beach and the min you walk in, it's peaceful. I absolutely love this place.... So, if you're considering acupuncture, Jeffrey at Peaceful waves is where you to go...
